Are you putting in the REPS? Reps is short for repetitions and this can be applied to not only fitness, but also your relationships, self care, motherhood, etc. It feels hard at first (like new habits) until after you've put in the reps and become stronger, build up your endurance, etc. (then it doesn't feel as hard!)
