Okay, so we talk all the time about healthy habits on the show but what about bad habits? How do we quickly break a bad habit? We have to have some objective data to help us find the trigger that is causing the bad habit then decide if we're able to remove that trigger and/or replace that bad habit with a healthier habit instead. (Be prepared, it won't happen overnight, but if you stick with it you can kick that bad habit!)
