Keeping with our Whole30 theme this month with the January Whole30 quickly approaching, this was such a great deep dive into how our health is ever changing and the way we feel physically can impact us emotionally.  This is important to think about when considering making a change with your habits & relationship around food or any wellness journey.

Julie Freed is a fellow Whole30 Certified Coach, a triathlete, NCP fitness competitor,  Keto Coach and Certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor. She became extremely passionate about creating a deeply fulfilling, and healthy lifestyle for her yoga students and nutrition clients. She works with her family business, Lagoon Amusement Park, and leads their Holistic Health Initiative.
