**The next month will be focused on the Whole30!  I'll be bringing on guests from the Whole30 community to shed more light on their own Whole30 success, life after Whole30 and what Food Freedom looks like to them.**

Sugar addiction is real.  I can't tell you how many times I've turned to sugar when I was stressed or anxious.  I didn't realize this about myself though until I did a Whole30. 

Today's guest is Autumn Michaelis and she has shared so openly and vulnerably about her own sugar addiction and how she has overcome it through her own Whole30 journey and Food Freedom.

Autumn is a home-grown recipe creative who is also a mom to 5 boys, a Whole30 Certified Coach, Whole30 Coaching Manager, and a recovering sugar addict. She loves making easy, affordable Whole30 & Paleo recipes which she shares on her blog at She lives just north of Sacramento, CA and when not in the kitchen can often be found hiking, camping, and adventuring.
