Many women (including myself) struggle with body confidence.  This can stem from thinking you need to weigh an ideal number on the scale.  SPOILER ALERT: no one else cares about how much you weigh, except you!  

In this episode, I'm chatting with Emily Coffman--host of the Girls Gone Healthy Podcast about her struggle with the scale and how you can define your worth and your own version of healthy in other ways that are way more productive and positive. 

Emily is a retired D1 athlete who educates and empowers girls to take control of their health. She was tired of girls feeling like they have to go on diets and strict workout plans in order to reach their goals. She launched Girls Gone Healthy, a podcast that helps overwhelmed girls on where to start when it comes to getting in shape, feeling more confident, and eating right.
