Whole30 was the catalyst to changing my life back in 2015 and the start of my self care journey. As a Whole30 Certified Coach, I've been able to successfully help my clients in a holistic way to start with the way they're eating, but then focus on mindset, self care (of course) and food freedom to lead a life full of self love after their Whole30.
