Kristi Hujik is a coach through and through!  Kristi is a Whole30 Certified Coach in Winter Garden, Florida and can be found behind the scenes at Golf Channel as a Coordinating Producer of News, where she is affectionately known by many as “coach” and she also teaches a variety of group exercise classes.

Whole30 has been a part of her life since being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in January of 2017. She believes in bringing together the four parts of life you can control - exercise, sleep, attitude, and nutrition.  Kristi shares her MS journey with us, tips on how to support someone with MS, and how self care & Whole30 has played a role in helping her maintain her health.
