We're just coming off of Valentine's Day so I thought this would be perfect timing to talk about SELF LOVE VS. SELF CARE.

So what's the difference?  You can't fully get all of the benefits of your self care routine, if you don't love yourself.  I'm sharing a few traps that we all fall into (me included!) and how to overcome those to fully love yourself.
