I'm so excited because today I have my first male guest...my husband, Dustin Nichols!  I really wanted to get him on the show because he has an amazing transformation story.  From sleep deprived, unhealthy physically and mentally to qualifying for the Boston Marathon...I know you'll be inspired by his story and I hope you'll share this with a loved one in your life too who needs to hear the male perspective on the importance of your health.
