We all want to be more present, patient and purposeful parents right?  So what's holding us back?  Many time we're just coming from a place of exhaustion and frustration and not able to show up as the best version of ourselves for the most important little human beings in our lives, and we don't take care ourselves because there is so much #momguilt that arises.  Today we are going to learn from Mindfulness and Parenting Coach, Jeri Ashley-Bremer how to lose the mom guilt and self doubt and create habits that allow us to be more present and purposeful and patient with our kids all stages.  


Jeri-Ashley is a mama to multiples (baby, toddler, pre-teen, oh my!), mindfulness & parenting coach, business owner, full-time educator, and community advocate. Jeri-Ashley has worked with school-aged children, parents, and educators for over 10 years, focusing on providing each with the tools to be more mindful in creating strong, healthy relationships, while also maximizing each individual's strengths. She is passionate about building community and empowering others to be more intentional in their everyday interactions with themselves and others through her business, The Mindfulness Co., LLC.
