Wow--this episode was jam packed of goodness--Whole30, Orangetheory, and how amazing things can come from even crappy situations.  We are constantly in a state of evolution or self transformation and although change can be scary there can be a lot of good that comes out of it to help you feel your best mentally & physically.

She has a passion for fitness, and overall wellness. Her life calling is to motivate and inspire girls and women to become the truest version of themselves through coaching, educational media, speaking events, and community service.
