This is not going to be like any fitness programming. Yes, you’ll get workouts provided by me and nutrition advice, but we will also be taking a deep dive into your routine and how to form habits in order to create a solid self care routine & live your best life! Health should be sustainable and that’s what I’m gonna help you do, friend!
 
I am only taking on 5 clients and will be reviewing applications based on client needs and availability (you will have access to me via the Voxer app and weekly Zoom calls.)
